Implementasi Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan Berbasis Web pada PT AMP Kabupaten Nabire

his community service project focuses on creating a web-based employee payroll information system for PT. AMP Kabupaten Nabire, utilizing PHP, MySQL, and the Scrum framework. The current payroll process was partly manual, which led to errors in calculations, delays in reporting, and problems managing data. Information was gathered primarily through direct observation and interviews with staff. The system was developed by following the typical Scrum phases: product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, implementation, and testing. Key features of the system include managing employee records, tracking attendance, calculating payroll, and generating reports. According to Black Box Testing, the system functions correctly and meets the users’ requirements. Overall, this new system enhances payroll accuracy and improves both the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations at the company.
