Penguatan Tata Kelola Arsip Digital melalui Pendampingan Implementasi Sistem Pengarsipan Berbasis Web

This community service activity aims to assist Bapperida Intan Jaya Regency in strengthening archival governance by implementing a web-based data archiving system. The partner's problems include slow document retrieval, dependence on physical archives, risk of document damage, and the absence of a digital monitoring mechanism for archive usage. The assistance was carried out in stages: partner problem identification, needs analysis, system design, Waterfall-based implementation, user training, and activity evaluation. The system was designed with role-based access for leaders, administrators, and employees, and includes six main modules: dashboard, document repository, category management, download history, document upload, and user management. Evaluation was conducted through functional testing and user response assessment using a Likert scale on ease of access, document search, archive classification, and download history transparency. The results show that the system successfully supports faster archive retrieval, structured classification, clear access control, and transparent download activity, all of which were previously unavailable with manual filing. This mentoring activity also increased the partner's capacity to manage digital archives independently and sustainably.
