Abstract

Information technology has been applied across all business sectors, one of which is in the form of digital cashier applications (e-cashier). This study aims to evaluate the user acceptance level of the e-cashier application at CV Angkasa Teknik Mesin using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The study employed a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to all users of the e-cashier application at CV Angkasa Teknik Mesin. The data were processed using SPSS. The results showed that the average values of the TAM variables—Perceived Usefulness (4.04), Perceived Ease of Use (3.86), Attitude Towards Using (4.02), Behavioral Intention (4.22), and Actual System Use (4.10)—all fell within the "agree" category. The overall average value of the variables was 4.05, indicating that the e-cashier application at CV Angkasa Teknik Mesin has been well accepted and successfully integrated into daily operational activities. On the other hand, the aspect of Perceived Ease of Use was perceived as still requiring improvement through several measures, ranging from simplifying the workflow to increasing response speed.
